Refund policy

We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

The customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs.

Please Note: For international orders, Ohema Manor does not reimburse for Duties/Tariffs paid.

*Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only as exchange for defective merchandise.

Defective Merchandise:

Please include the name of the person who made the order and the invoice or purchase order number in your email.

Defective merchandise must be returned within 20 days of initial claim for credit or exchange only.

No returns allowed on worn/used products due to hygiene issue Item must be returned with original packaging and tags without damage No dog hair, smell, stains on the items, and any other sign of use.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
